Welcome. I started this blog in September 2025 to share my own experiences of life after brain injuries that leave me with what feels like half of my previous brainpower, and to offer practical resources that may help others find their way back to a sense of normality and direction.
In my blog posts I share the challenges I face, the strategies I’ve developed, and the scenarios that shaped them. Sometimes it makes sense to record all three types as a full story. As time goes on I am developing more and more insights. I’m learning that what I have to say often relates to tiny marginal gains in reducing cognitive load.
